1. Our approach to privacy
Pixel Noise provides online tools for preparing and processing digital artwork. We use personal information to operate, secure, support, and improve our service. We do not sell customers’ personal information. We take reasonable measures to protect it and limit access to people and service providers who need it for legitimate operations.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Pixel Noise, we may process:
- Account and contact details: email address, login credentials in protected form, account identifiers, and information you provide to support.
- Uploaded and generated artwork: images and associated processing inputs, settings, temporary files, and results needed to perform requested operations.
- Subscription and transaction details: plan, purchase status, subscription identifiers, credit balances, and payment-related records. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor.
- Technical and usage information: device/browser information, IP address, security and error logs, tool usage, and service performance information to the extent actually collected by the application and its providers.
- Communications: messages and attachments you voluntarily submit through support or other contact features.
3. How we use information
We use information as reasonably necessary to:
- Register and authenticate accounts, provide password recovery, and deliver account notices.
- Process customer artwork and provide requested image-processing features.
- Maintain plans, subscriptions, payments, and Upscale Credit balances.
- Respond to support requests and resolve technical problems.
- Detect abuse, protect accounts, and maintain service security and reliability.
- Analyze service usage and performance to improve features and customer experience.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations and resolve disputes.
4. How we share information
We do not sell customer personal information. We may disclose information to service providers only as reasonably needed to deliver and maintain Pixel Noise, such as:
- Railway for application hosting and related infrastructure, where used.
- Stripe for payment and subscription processing.
- Replicate for AI image-processing operations, where used.
- Amazon Web Services / Amazon SES for transactional email delivery, once configured.
These services may process information according to their applicable terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information where legally required, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a lawful business transition with appropriate safeguards.
5. Artwork and temporary processing data
Data associated with uploads and processing may be retained for up to seven days before automatic deletion. Pixel Noise is a processing service, not a permanent file-storage, backup, or archival service. Customers should download and save their completed results.
Temporary retention does not guarantee that files remain available for retrieval throughout those seven days. Account, billing, security, and legally required records may be retained longer where appropriate.
6. Account data, retention, and deletion
We retain account information while reasonably needed to provide the service and for legitimate security, accounting, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes. Customers may request account closure or deletion using the methods provided in Pixel Noise or through its designated privacy contact. Certain records may need to be retained where law or legitimate recordkeeping obligations require.
Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions. A lifetime membership refund may result in account closure as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information we handle, such as access controls and protections built into our hosting and payment systems. No internet service can eliminate every security risk. Customers should protect their account credentials and report suspected unauthorized access.
8. Privacy rights and requests
Depending on applicable law and where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and to exercise other privacy choices. We will evaluate and respond to verified requests as required by applicable law. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Pixel Noise is intended for adult customers. The Terms of Service require purchasers to be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not intentionally design the service for children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us.

We may update this policy as our service and legal obligations change. We will post an updated date and provide additional notice when required.
