Pixel Noise — Refund & Cancellation Policy
Operator: T-Shirt Help Desk LLC
Website: https://pixelnoise.pro
This standalone policy restates the cancellation and refund rules already established in the Pixel Noise Terms of Service, particularly Sections 8–15 and 21.
1. Simple and easy subscription cancellation
Cancel anytime. No hassle. No hidden steps. Customers may cancel a recurring subscription through a clearly accessible option in their Pixel Noise account. No telephone call, email, or explanation is required to cancel.
Before cancellation is finalized, Pixel Noise may display one brief, optional feedback/confirmation screen. Feedback is never required; customers must be able to proceed directly with cancellation.
Once cancellation is confirmed:
- Future automatic subscription renewals stop.
- The customer receives cancellation confirmation.
- The customer keeps paid subscription access through the end of the billing period already purchased.
- No further subscription renewal charges are initiated.
- Subscription-only access ends when the paid period expires, unless the customer subscribes again.
Cancellation stops future billing immediately; it does not cut short an already-paid subscription period. Customers may resubscribe subject to current pricing and availability.
2. Monthly subscription refunds
Once a monthly billing period begins, payment for that period is generally nonrefundable. We do not ordinarily prorate unused days or refund earlier months because a customer later decides to cancel. Customers who cancel keep access until the end of the already-paid billing period. Exceptions appear in Section 6 below.
3. Annual subscription refunds
Once an annual billing period begins, payment is generally nonrefundable, and unused portions of that year are not ordinarily prorated. Customers may stop future renewal at any time and keep access through the end of the paid annual period. Exceptions appear in Section 6 below.
4. Pay-as-you-go purchases
Pay-as-you-go purchases are generally final and nonrefundable once completed. Unused credits do not automatically qualify for a refund. Billing errors, significant service failures, and legal requirements remain exceptions.
The quantity and validity period of pay-as-you-go Upscale Credits must be disclosed at checkout.
5. Lifetime membership refund schedule
A lifetime membership provides access for the supported lifetime of the Pixel Noise service and applicable lifetime plan, not a guarantee of perpetual service or unchanged features.
For a lifetime membership purchased at $249:
| Time since purchase | Voluntary refund | Example amount |
|---|---|---|
| Days 1–45 | 100% of original purchase price | $249.00 |
| Days 46–365 | 50% of original purchase price | $124.50 |
| After day 365 | No voluntary refund under this policy | $0.00 |
The applicable percentage is based on the original lifetime membership price actually paid, subject to legally required treatment of taxes and other exceptions.
When a lifetime refund is approved and processed: the lifetime membership and benefits end, access ends, the associated Pixel Noise account closes, and remaining membership-related Upscale Credits are forfeited. Temporary processing data is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Limited records may be retained for legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
6. Billing errors, significant service failures, and legal exceptions
We review legitimate problems in good faith, including duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, unauthorized or erroneous charges, significant service failures that materially prevent use of purchased features, and refunds required by law. Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. Free trial and Upscale Credits
The eligible new-customer trial lasts 72 hours, includes three complimentary Upscale Credits, requires no credit card, and does not trigger automatic charges on expiration. Unused trial credits expire at the end of the trial.
Unused monthly subscription Upscale Credits do not roll over; the monthly allocation expires at the end of the applicable billing cycle. Credit reservation and restoration on qualifying failed operations are governed by the Terms of Service.
8. Cancellation versus account deletion
Canceling a recurring subscription and deleting an account are separate actions. Ordinary subscription cancellation preserves the account and already-paid access through the applicable period. The lifetime refund procedure is different and closes the associated account once the refund is approved and processed.
9. How to request assistance
Use the official Pixel Noise Contact & Support feature or the designated billing support address published on the website. Include sufficient transaction details to locate the purchase, but do not send payment card numbers or passwords.
